Quality Assurance

Flexibility in delivering quality manufacturing at competitive prices – Radiant value proposition

Five Standards for Quality Assurance

The Radiant facility is approved by CSA and UL to manufacture your product(s) once your product(s) have been approved by CSA or UL. As part of ongoing quality assurance, CSA and/or UL inspectors can come unannounced to our facility to check on our manufacturing standards.

About Canadian Standards Association

The CSA mark demonstrates that products has been certified to applicable standards, including standards written or administered by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Underwriters Laboratories (UL), CSA Group (CSA), NSF International (NSF), and other North American and global organizations.

About Underwriters Laboratory

A ULC or UL mark on a product means that ULC or UL has tested and evaluated representative samples of that product and determined that they meet ULC/UL’s requirements. In addition, products are periodically checked by ULC/UL at the manufacturing facility to make sure they continue to meet ULC and/or UL requirements.

Radiant Quality Manual

Radiant follows a quality manual prepared in accordance with ISO standards that documents all information related to our quality system and how it operates.

IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies

Radiant follows the IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies, used worldwide by original equipment manufacturers and EMS companies.

Partners in Manufacturing

Senior staff work alongside each client to identify potential issues and solve any problems that could prevent the delivery of the product exactly as expected. If we see something that we anticipate could cause problem pre or during assembly, Radiant works with the customer to resolve the issue before the product goes into full production.
